Dear Friends! Patty and I look forward to having you to our beautiful part of the country soon. We are excited about the opportunity we have to share some “extreme hospitality” with you in a beautiful home that is a short drive to the beaches on Hilton Head Island. We want you to know that we look forward to sharing with you the gifts of sleep, spectacular food, walks on the beach, water sports, quiet, and as little or as much exploring as you want. God has provided everything and all you need to do is show up!

We want to set your heart at ease and know that this is a ‘no strings attached’ ministry and will not require “time-share presentations” , counseling, schedules or expectations from us. We just want you to come rest and enjoy! Patty and I have been in the rough and tumble ministry world for the last 40 years and have experienced the hard realities of serving people. Once, when we were at a terribly low point, some friends (not from our church) sent us to the mountains and their church paid for everything. It impacted our lives, ministry and marriage in such dramatic ways that we began dreaming of the time we would be able to do this for others. Well, God has given us that time now and we have launched Shepherds Care. God has prepared an amazing week for you guys!
