3 weeks before leaving for Africa

June and Joey spent a week of ‘ Extreme Hospitality" in Hilton Head SC. Leaving 5 kids behind, they experienced time with God and each other in a way they had never experienced (they didn’t have to cut anybody’s food for a whole week!). Take one minute to watch June’s story:

Extravagant. That’s how I would describe this week with Shepherd’s Care. The much needed time of rest and distance from our ministry made us realize how much Christ loves us, and what He really wants is us, not our constant strivings. Joe and Patty, with the support of so many others, gave us the permission to cease striving and enjoy being children of a good Father. His love for us is extravagant!
